Drawing and Painting a Still Life in Oils

A 10-week course that provides tuition from a professional painter, Florence Sinclair-M, and extends from the early oil painting sessions to concentrate on composing and setting a still life and then drawing and painting this. For those who missed the early introduction to techniques of working with oils (setting up a canvas, mixing colours, methods of painting, etc.), this is also available alongside the still life projects.  Students will have the opportunity to explore different styles of still life painting and create their own.  A new session starts on 1 February. Members £65 per 10-week session, non-Members £90. Contact Florence through the Club Office.
